Why would a nomadic lifestyle mean people would catch less diseases?

in particular prehistoric hunter-gatherers who were known to have a normadic lifestyle. I suppose there weren’t as many diseases as they are know and they would have had a stronger defense system to ours and also they would have a low population density so less germs were spread. Any other reasons?

      2.exposed to sun light more hours
      3.continous sweating
      4.eating very fresh foods [pesticides free-no additives]
      5.early sleeping
      6.less noise

      The reason that native americans who were primarily type a has greater immunity towards bacterial viral infections therefore nomads coming into cities would be the first.
