An established business is seeking to set up a national headquarters and combine executive functions under one roof. This will entail moving about 12-15 currently employed executives to a new town and hiring about 20-30 local clerical people. the client, this company has the capital to build or buy a suitable building, but they are concerned about lifestyle for thier employees.

      A lot of businesses are choosing places like Las Vegas and Boise because they are very business and tax friendly states.
