I want to live the country lifestyle and get a lot snow each year, when I was a kid I lived in the country and loved it, you can practically do anything you want, but I also love snow, so what place gets a lot of snow and is country?

Big Bear/Lake Arrowhead CA. It is a mountain community where people still know one another, it is a great place to raise kids and has a small town rural atmosphere. And they get great snow, powdery, not the heavy wet kind.

Well, Oshkosh had about 110″ of snow last year so I would say central Wisconsin or Minnesota. Wherever you settle down, Dearest, enjoy yourself.
