I believe that it is a lifestyle choice, I mean if there are “Ex-Gay”. Then there must be thousands upon millions of “Ex-straight”.

  • “I’m fine with gay people, I just don’t agree with their lifestyle”? What is or is not to agree?
  • Are tatoos and body piercing characteristics of a straight-edged lifestyle?
  • Christians, if homosexuality is a lifestyle choice and not genetics, is asexuality also a choice?
  • What is this “lifestyle choice” fundies are on about?
  • Why do gays feel the need to push their lifestyle down our throats?
  • What benefits do you see with a polygamist lifestyle?

i think too many people get caught up in the why’s of life… i just accept me. i’m gay and it’s okay. i don’t need to know why.

you like what you like, you can’t explain it. I can’t just walk up to another guy and decide i find him attractive.

i believe its a lifestyle choice as well, but they can repent and change.
Leviticus International says that straights can be “born again” as gay with the help and love of Jesus Christ. Joseph “Bo” Kelly, of Las Vegas, NV, a former heterosexual, claims it worked for him. According to Kelly, his compulsive attraction to women led him to two suicide attempts. “Now that I’m gay, my life is divine, and I don’t mean in the biblical sense. My boyfriend and I share so much more than I ever did with any of my four ex wives. I thank God for taking that sinful disorder away from me.”

How did it work? “I got on my knees and asked Jesus Christ to release me from the spell cast by women.” It took weeks of prayer but it finally worked. Then I met Todd at church. One thing led to another and the next thing I knew, it was Super Bowl. We were so excited by the football game, let’s just say there was dancing in the end zone. And we moved out of the trailer park into a fabulous Italian palazzo with topiary and an herb garden. I can’t thank Rev. Karl enough. Prayer works.

I believe most people are born straight because of our primal goal to reproduce. being born gay would be counter productive to that goal. Nothing against them tho, they are really nice people!

We are born this way - it’s just that some of us take a lot longer to figure it out. Or we ‘ve tried to hide it from everyone for a long time.
      Ex gay— yeah right.
It is not a choice, you mor*n. No one would choose a way of life where he or she would be ostracized by family and friends, by the police, by the courts, by landlords, by their jobs, etc.

Of course there are Ex-Straights! Who else would make “Candle In The Wind” a best-selling record?

I believe that being straight is a lifestyle choice. I don’t understand why anyone would choose to be straight, though. I mean, not only are they disease-ridden from their reckless sex acts, being straight just isn’t natural! Have you seen them kissing on the street? What about all the straight marriages? It’s things like that that turn innocent kids straight.

If you believe the “Ex-Gay” thing, then you believe everything you hear about. If you actually do some research, people are born gay because something gets genetically mixed up in the DNA that triggers the part in its brain where it tells you who and what it’s attracted to. Basically, women traits go to males. People are born gay.

Straight people are born bisexual but then they get really really choosy for no good reason.
