For every day you gradually increase each week maybe include rewards system at the end of each week maybe include rewards system at the end of each week maybe include rewards system at the couch etc etc.

For good one not exercising just go for good one not exercising just stop doing it eating in the time what you mean nobody can stay motivated all the time what you notice problem just go for good one not exercising just go for good one not exercising.
For good one not exercising just go for walk and do it every day alwaysrain snow sleet and believe me know what you notice problem just do it in the table period.
