I only eat chicken and fish, and i have found that it is very hard to let go. I hardly ever eat pork or beef so those are not the issue. but i would like to start living a healthier lifestyle. I dont knwo what brands of foods i should buy or where i should start.

      well if you are trying to become a vegan than you cant eat anything from animals so basically you cant eat any dairy products which inclued chicken and fish.if you really want to become a vegan than you have to stop eating those foods.you should start eating salads
