I consume 3 servings of dairy in the first half of my day, and none later on. Is dairy important to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

      yes, dairy is a very important part of a healthy balanced diet.
      but you don’t need to overdo it. Just 2 glasses of milk, a yogurt, even ice cream would be fine.
